FAQs

After our introductory conversation where we discuss what you are looking for in a special piece of jewelry, materials, beads and gemstones specific to your piece must be ordered. To have the completed piece finished and shipped to you, standard time is about 6 weeks. If you need it faster, we can discuss setting up a rush order.
To start the process of having a piece of artisan jewelry designed special for you, fill out the contact form on the website. From there, I’ll send you an email to set up a time to talk via the phone or via Skype. Having direct communication is the best way I can get to know you, your personality and your style as well as having a vision for what you’d like in a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry.

To start your custom design, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due in full once I have completed your work of art.  I’ll email you photos and invoice you via Paypal for the remainder of the balance prior to shipping.

Yes, I do. I use your unique personality and beauty to design and create something one-of-a-kind specific to you. Everything is made at my studio in the Midwest.
Each package is handled with care as if it is a gift. A gift box and gift wrapping are complimentary with every order. Having a piece of jewelry custom designed is a very special moment, so receiving that package should feel like a holiday everyday!

I ship every package USPS Priority Mail to ensure we have a tracking number and insurance. That way we can both see where the package is at and give you a specific delivery day you can expect to receive the package.

I do and in fact I love creating pieces for special women from other countries. With Skype as a tool, we can communicate face-to-face about what your dream jewelry vision is and I turn those dreams into a reality.
It’s important you treat your custom jewelry as you would any fine jewelry. It is not recommended to wear while swimming, working out, sleeping or cleaning. Excessive perspiration or cleaning chemicals can create discoloring in the leather backing causing your jewelry to age. To keep your jewelry looking in peek shape, store your jewelry in a sealed jewelry box or gift box to keep it in it’s original condition. This will ensure it will last your lifetime and you’ll be able to pass it down as your legacy.
It depends what your special momento is, particularly the size & shape of it. I’ve incorporated old keys, seashells, coin and stones before. The best option is to include what you are looking to incorporate when you fill out the contact form and I can answer your inquiry personally.
